Job Description

1. Able to independently take charge of product operations within the department, including but not limited to gathering and organizing product requirements, coordinating with product managers, following up on requirements, and tracking product performance after launch.

2. Able to establish an effective data tracking mechanism based on operational objectives and the current product status, drive optimization of operational strategies in line with business development requirements, and be responsible for the implementation and execution of online product promotion activities to achieve KPI targets.

3. Continuously track product performance, analyze user behavior and needs, understand competitors’ moves, and conduct competitive analysis.

4. Based on the current operational status, productize existing processes and optimize business efficiency.

 

Job Requirements

1. Possesses strong analytical skills and logical thinking, is highly responsible, has excellent stress tolerance, and can independently complete projects.

2. Possesses insight, independent analytical skills, as well as strong learning and innovation capabilities and excellent verbal communication skills.

3. Passionate about product operations and deeply enthusiastic about innovation and tackling challenging problems;

4. Proficient in PRD creation and prototype design; preference given to candidates with banking work experience or familiarity with installment e-commerce, community e-commerce, and online earning industries.

5. Possess stress resistance, strong execution skills, and a high capacity for learning.
